DALY Smart 1A 3S to 24S Active Balancer with Bluetooth Module Energy Transfer Board for Lifepo4 & Li-ion Lithium & LTO Battery Pack

Active Balancing Technology:  Uses active balancing (As opposed to passive balancing), which transfers energy from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, rather than dissipating excess energy as heat. This is a smart active balancer with communication function, can view the voltage and setup the balance parameters via mobile APP or PC.

Wide Voltage Range: Supports battery packs with voltages commonly used in LiFePO4 or Li-ion or LTO batteries (Typically 1.5V to 4.5V per cell for Battery pack).

Balancing Accuracy:  With ±0.01V accuracy,High accuracy in balancing means that the cells will discharge and charge more evenly, reducing the likelihood of certain cells being overused or underused. This prolongs the overall lifespan of the battery pack.

Low Power Consumption: Active balancers are designed to have minimal power consumption during operation, allowing them to operate for long periods without draining the battery.

NOTE:  Active balancers are designed to manage the number of cells in series in a battery pack. For example, for a 4S battery pack (Four cells in series), the balancer must select the 4S.

3. How to select the active balancer for your battery pack?
A. Consider the Battery Type:   The DALY Smart active balancer can supports LFP or Li-ion Battery Pack.

B. Number of Cells in the Battery Pack：For example, for a 4S battery pack (four cells in series), the balancer must select the 4S.
C. Current Transfer Rate: The current rating determines how efficiently the balancer can transfer energy between cells. For larger packs you may need a balancer with a higher balance current. 1A active balancer and 5A active balancer are available.
D. Integration with BMS:  Smart Active Balancer can view voltages and set balancing parameters,but the Smart Acitve Balancer don't have the communication function. The DALY Smart Acitve Balance have Dual UART port, it can communication with DALY Smart BMS.
